Step One: At the bottom of this webpage, there are links to Personal "Business Card" Styles
and Organization "Business Card" Styles that provide two examples of "business card" styles each that you
can choose from. Pick the style of "business card" you will use. When selecting a "business card" style
consider
how
your
information will
look on your "business card." For example, the first style in the organization "business card" will
not
look good if your organization has a long name. If you don't like the colors or the
pictures on a "business card" you will be given an opportunity to change these.
Step Two: After you have selected a "business card" style, fill in the information you want to
present
on your "business card." You will also be provided a box where you can go into more depth about
yourself or your organization. If you provide information in this box, a link will appear on
your "business card" with the text "find out more." The "find out more" link will lead to a separate
webpage that shows the extra information you provided.
Step Three: Next you will be able to choose the colors and the font you want to use.
You will also be able to change the image on your "business card."
Step Four: Once you have decided on the colors, fonts, and images for your "business card,"
you can use the "Preview" button to see how your "business card" looks. At this stage, you will be
able to make any edits or changes that you want. After finalizing the look of your "business card,"
press the "Finish" button. If you are satisfied, then use the "Save" button. If you want to make
additional changes, use
your browser's "Back" button.
